How quickly will I hear back?

We reply to emails and form messages within one working day, and the Volunteer Coordinator calls new volunteers within 48 hours.

Can I visit the care home?

Yes — visitors are welcome every day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you'd like a guided visit or to bring a group, call ahead and we'll arrange it.

How do I get my 80G donation receipt?

Receipts are emailed automatically within 48 hours of every donation. If yours hasn't arrived, email us with the date and amount and we'll resend it.

I know a family that needs help. What should I do?

Call us or use the form above and choose "Medical assistance" or "Education support". A volunteer from that neighbourhood will visit the family, usually within a week — or within 24 hours for medical emergencies.

Prefer to help right away?

₹500 buys a school kit. ₹2,000 covers a week of medicines. ₹5,000 feeds our care home for a day. Give once, or give monthly — you can stop any time.
